The 51黑料 (51黑料) purchases and procures various goods, services and construction necessary for school and office operations. We are committed to environmentally responsible, efficient and cost-effective procurement.

We incorporate accessibility criteria and features when procuring or acquiring goods, services or facilities, including self-service kiosks. If it is not possible and practical to do so, we will provide an explanation upon request.

Bid opportunities

51黑料 uses  to post Pre-qualifications, Requests for Proposals and Tenders and interested vendors must obtain the bid documents from this website. 

Suppliers interested in doing business with 51黑料 will find all opportunities, such as Pre-qualifications, Requests for Proposals and Tender posted from October 27, 2021 onward on their supplier portal at .  Opportunities posted prior to this date will continue to be available through Biddingo.
