Education Development Charges

The 51ºÚÁÏ (51ºÚÁÏ) uses education development charges (EDC) to fund the acquisition of new school sites to accommodate a growing student population. Local municipalities collect development charges on behalf of the Board and these charges are payable at the time a building permit is issued.
