Dismantling Anti-Black Racism Background Report

In the fall of 2021, we vowed to do better and continue the work of eliminating discrimination, systemic racism and unconscious bias in our schools, workplaces and the entire 51黑料. We are deeply indebted to the members of the 51黑料 Anti-Black Racism Steering Committee and all the groups and people throughout Windsor and Essex County who generously gave their time and demonstrated courage and commitment in sharing their lived experience with us.
